yo i got a audiobhan aw1208t 1500 rms 3000 peak i got 2 in a sealed box thay been tested for dbs thay came to about 164.9 dbs are the solobaric x subs louder and i also herd the solo baric subs blows easy is this tru i need 2 know
comparing your 2 12s to 2 soloxs or one solox?? id say 2 solo x's could take you.... 158 is possible... but are you sure it was on a TL?

my friend has a db meter and we tested my dodge magnum it came ot to be lik 158.7 and 2 solobarics came out to 149.9 dbs in my friends car we battle every time were together i want to shut him up so please help... i won most time by the by standers
oh thats not a TL... your probably really hitting like 150-152.... does he have solo barics (L5 or L7) or solo xs??? and if you really want to shut him up get 2 DD 9512s or 2 RE 12 inch Mts... great built subs you basically cant blow and are incredibly loud

hey i got the same audiobhan my was tested on a tl scale in a comp and the out come was 159.3 so your friends scale was probly on point the audiobhan aw1208t is a very loud sub and i would say the solo baric L7 sub is not louder but thats me
I've pushed those subs harder than you, I gaurantee it. I ran much more power to them than you and i'm sure your car/box isnt any more efficient than mine.........or even anywhere close to it....so as i said....for all those who love or hate audiobahns, dont look to be doing anywhere near 159 with 2 1208 subs

geez. I have a friend with 2 of those in a snail shell, he went to a comp in Las Vegas Memorial weekend, won his division with 156 DBs on a new Termlab.
(not saying 153 is the best those subs will do, but a 3 and 6 db gain over my number is a little ridiculous, granted i didnt get much time to play with them, still i am somewhat pretty good at making cars loud, i dont see those numbers being true)

id have to say zacdavis has you buddy... what hes saying is ur a kid to car audio... like me... but i feel im actually "older" than you in car aduio lol... zac is very experienced in high SPL numbers... and being that he has used those particular subs id say that there is no way some1 unexperienced as urself is going to have anything as loud as him nevermind 6db louder...

My pc in the office has a cookie with one login password and the laptop in the shop has the other one, hence the different logins.
I had to start a new name because i had forgotten my old when i first got the lp. but the pc still had the old one saved so now i have 2.
I remember postinh in this forum years ago before we needed to have a password, we had no profile either. no one knew if it was you or someone else just using the same names, nor did they have the little ticker that shows you post number.
