Cap/alternator questions

Alright, I am planning on getting a 200 amp alternator(is 200 amps good enough?), will a capacitor help out at all with a 200 amp alternator? I have read that when your car is on the amp takes power from the alternator, when your car is off the amp takes power from your battery. Would a cap help that? ONE more things, where are some good places on the net to buy and look at alternator prices?

What are you running? 200A will work depending on how minny watts you're pulling.

Probably not much if at all. I really doubt your voltage is going to sag running 900W off a 200A alternator.
