Copper or aluminum voice coils

what is the difference in copper and aluminum voice coils? and do subs with DVC sounds that much betteer than ones with SVC?

Aluminum has about half the conductivity of copper but only weighs about a third as much. It's lightweight aids the efficiency of the driver and requires fewer turns of wire to achieve the same resistance. Copper conducts heat better and is a better conductor, but weighs more. Those are the main differences.

DVC isn't superior to SVC sonically, it simply gives more wiring options.
