right now i have an audiobahn A8002T amp and 2 12 inch alpine aw1251t subs i was wondering if it was worth it to upgrade to the '04 alpine type r subs that are 300 watts rms not the new ones that are 500 watts rms, would it be worth it to get these like will it make it sound any better just by changing the subs or would i have to change the amp also to make it sound better? thanks guys
umm.joe that sub you mention isnt an alpine its an audiobahn.. and if youre talking about upgraded from 2 12" audiobahn to the slpine you'll notice a big gain in both soudn quality and spl
