I am looking for a good head unit that will power about 5 amps. 2 for the front componints, 2 for the back componints, 1 for the Subs. I do not plann on using the speaker out form the HU at all.

Head units don't power amps. Batteries do. And alternators charge batteries. Head units power speakers sometimes. IMO get a good alpine or eclipse. I have a couple of eclipses but my next one is an alpine. Eclipse 8000 series has 3 preouts. They sound great with a good system.

Yep Eclipse 8445 for about 550, and the 8455 is about 650. Both are excelent head units, just make sure your amps can handle 8 volt RCA outputs, most of your cheap amps, (sony legasy, boss and so on) can't.
