Help with amp/cap

I have 2 12 inch DUAL subs in a bandpass box. the box altogether (both speakers) is 600 watts rms and 1100 max. The speakers are 4-Ohm Single-Voice-Coil Subwoofers. I currently have 1 amp pushing these subs, a 460 watt bridgeable max 2-channel DUAL amp. Which is 115w x 2 rms @ 2 ohms and 85w x 2 rms @ 4 ohms. This is way under powering these subs. I would like to add about another 500 watts rms. I am looking at the pyle 1400 watt max amp, and a couple of others. I am on a very tight budget, and it needs to be under $110. If you have any suggestions-let me know. Also, my headlights already dim, so I am planning on purchasing a pyle 1.2 capacitor dual amp install. this was the only capacitor that had a dual amp install that I could find. Please post some suggestions, or email me.

first thing check your battery see if it is good check your battery amps,it should not dim your lights #2,check your charging rate, and you definitly have to get a matching amp for those speakers
