Kicker L7

Would 2 12"L7's hit harder with either a JL audio E1800D or Kx Kicker 1200.1, Both are Mono Class D amps? And also what would be the best way to hook it up to get pounding bass? I need a response tonite because i will be installing TOMORROW!! Thanks Guys!!1
