I'm not entirely sure. A possibility would be to buy a partially broken unit off ebay that still has a good ribbon cable and swap cables(The CDX-M600's cable will also work).
If that fails, you can always try a local repair shop and see if they can order the cable as Sony only sells parts to repair centers.
