Hi can anyone tell me how to input the code for the radio on a 1989 bmw 325I conv, the code I was given has 6 digits, when I turn the radio on it displays "code", I tried to press the station keys, doesn't work, also tried to input the code on the computer board on the right but it only let's me enter 4 digits not 6 (it shows 1000)
Any suggestions would help... Thanks

try leaving the key turned on for 1:15 min. , I just had the same problem with mine and the dealer said if you tried 3 times, you need to leave the key on and let the memory clear itself. try it!
