Heres the deal: 1 10" JL W6v2 in a H.O. Box OR 1 12" W6v2 in a sealed box. I want good SQ but it needs to be pretty loud as well. I listened to htem and I liked the 10" better but the guy was playin music w/ no bass and would barely even turn it up. I could hardly hear them.
Also which amp would you use to drive it? Kicker 400.1 : MTX Thunder 421D : Orion 600D
I personally like 12's better than 10's, and the larger cone area will add spl. I'd go with the 12. Why not get a 12 in the H.O. box? (unless you have the option of only the two setups you stated).
