I have an alpine HU and so do most of my friends. but no one has a kenwood and i am not familiar with them. i like the alpine but the flip-down keyboard like feature on some of the kenwoods look awesome. does anyone know if they are any good?
The Alpine is better in sense of quality and sound by quite an extent. However, Kenwood does have some great features that might make them more desirable than the Alpine headunits.
I have a x789 kenwood HU, well just purchased one but I looked up all the specs on them and compared to Alpine it seems better, has a better ratio same wattage, better pre-amp outputs they have 5 volt outputs in the kenwood, dont see anything worse in kenwood then alpine I think there better in fact
