I am vivek from India,I had a question to be clarified regarding FM Radio is car stereo ,I was looking at buying a car stereo in US and use it back home in India but I was told that FM radio's in US get tuned in only odd numbers like 90.5 so next will be 90.7 next 90.9 etc is it true ,if so is there a work around as in India we have both Even and odd digit FM stations.
Most units alter the station frequency automatically in order to get the best reception possible. Say you tune into 90.5, but the station is really broadcasting at 90.4, the unit will adjust to 90.4 but will still display 90.5
You shouldn't have any problems assuming that the stations where you live are broadcast within 87.9-107.9 Mhz.
