I've been playing with a box design program and it looks like I'll get better performance with isobarik placement than with the subs in seperate boxes what do you guys think will it be better isobarik or in seperate boxes?

erm, using two subs in isobaric configuration will yield the same output as a single driver alone, as both are coupled and moving the same mass of air. efficiency is increased by +3dB due to the same reason.

I recommend reading this to answer your question. it's short and very helpful:

I'd suggest you stick with separate enclosures, or sealed/ported as opposed to isobaric.
