is there a better chance of blowing a subwoofer by over powering it or under powering it????

I would think over powering it, but don't just go by what i say

You cant realy blow a sub underpowering it. Overpowering it will blow it. The only other thing that will blow it is if your amp is pushing at it's max but the subs need more. This might not blow your amp but it causes clipping and could blow a sub eventhough the sub can handle more power.
