Dallas Motorcycle Immobiliser Fault

I have just bought a Honda motorbike. The rear indicators were broken, so I replaced them, but now the bike starts and conks out after approx 10 seconds. It all worked before I changed them. All the wires are black! Can anyone help please. Thanks
