Any experience with JL audio GTO1201.1 II?

Looking at picking up this amp for $329 I would use it to power 2 Coustic subs 400 watt RMS @ 4 ohm. The amp runs 787 watts RMS x 1 channel at 4 ohms. WHat do you guys think?
