is a high or lower speaker sensitivity better for highs?

sensitivity has nuttin 2 do with that...sensitivity =the dB powered by one watt with ewar one meter away

High sensitivity in speaker means, you'll get much louder sound with same wattage output power.
For example, a sub with 99db will sound louder than 85db.
If you're trying to build a system, then try and match the tweeters/mids/woofers. If not, then the speaker with higher db will overpower the lower one put the sound out of balance.
