i was jus gon post my opinion on wat different size subs sound like
12" and 15"
12" - they've always been the best for me cause i know,heard and have been told they're better for lows than 15's
15" - i heard my cousin's and he's got 2 15's in ported box cant rememeber wat brand but anyway the sound you hear is like (thinks...) a sound punch like who feel it hittin your ear and i dont hear the lows you hear on 12's but thats jus my opinion
There are to many factors to conclude that what your saying is true. Yes in some cases 12" sound better or 15" sounds better but keep in mind that things like box type, Amp, Sub, Brand, tuning, air displacement, Vehicle, Alternator output, even your own ears and opinion. But dont say just cause you experienced your cousins crappy 15"s dont go around saying that 12" are always better. And yes depending on the brand of both the sub and amp and what they can give or handle almost all of the time 15"s get lower.
