Bronze Member Username: SwantlaphoenixTucson, AZ Post Number: 53 Registered: Oct-04 | So I've come down to these three amps for my 15" X.X.X. Rockford Fosgate T10001bd Alpine MRD-M1005 Kicker 04KX1200.1. I have no experience with amps so ANY opinions would be greatly appreciated. They are all fan cooled and are around the same wattage. I like RF, not sure why. I like the Alpine because I have an Alpine in_dash soo I can use the amp link. Just not sure about the damping factor and whatever else. THANKS 4 Your Thoughts |

Take any one of Apline's amps and compare it to Zapco/Orion HCCA/PPI PC/PCX series/JL and you'd see nothing special. They're over priced too IMO. In fact I can't remember which model it was, but the slew rate was under 10v. If you're set on those 3 brands, then I'd go with RF first. |
