my front left speaker stopped working. i installed a alpine 9845 and im using factory speakers. is it a loose wiring problem? sometimes it works. sometimes it doesnt. when it does it kinda crackles.

most factory speakers are only rated at like 5 watts peak. you went from 5 watts or less to 18-26 watts. your over powering them by like 3 times, lol

Then again it could be a loose wire if that's the only speaker that is affected.

Whenever you get an aftermarket H.U. you should always replace the factory speakers. Especially with getting an Alpine Receiver which are very good, if you haven't already then you will blow your speakers. get new ones
