ive got a 500x1 @ 4ohm PPI PCX 2125 amp
what are some suggestions for subs to buy?

im looking for both, i want it to sound nice and still pound, ive got 2 12inch alpine type r's right now but i am not happy with them, iwant to just get 1 sub that sounds really nice
money.. well anywhere from 200-400 maybe a little more

i wanted to get a 12w6v2 to this amp but i think i heard that the w6v2 cannot be run at 4 ohms...

nope only 2 or 8. I would do 1 eclipse TI 15. that amp is underrated also so it will do a little more then 500 more like 600 so that will push a TI nicely.

well first off..the TI requires at least 750 rms...and it can take a hell of alot more than that...but...if you want lol...of course...Sorry guys....you can buy my two RF p3's....they are dual 4 ohm...and you can wire them together and get a 4 ohm load....i think....but ill ship them to you for 300 lol....but otherwise...cerwin vega is good...ascedent i would reccomend..

hey Sub the TI doesnt need 750 if you gave it 600 from a very clean amp such as PPI it would push it just fine.

yea..it will push it fine...but the sub can take alot more than 750 too..but PPI is a nice amp and is prolly underrated as well...

and they aren't that expencive either. I love the way they pound, also a little underrated.
