If you put a 800 watt amp to two 750 watt rms subs would they perform better than two 400 watt rms subs. or would they perform the same because of same wattage. would the two 750 watt rms subs have better sound qaulity than the two 400 watt rms subs when putting a 800 watt amp to them.

You have to be ALOT more specific... there are soooo many factors that will determine how they will sound.

two 10" mtx 9500 series subs, single voice coil, and i think they are 4 ohms and i wanted to know if the MTX 801d amp is enough or if i should go with the MTX 1501d. I know these subs will kick a** and take names later but, i wanted to know a little more about them if anybody knows what these subs can do. Ive heard a W7 and the elipse titaniums before and WOW, i was amazed. i was wondering if these are going to bang that hard.
