I'm building a sealed enclosure for an Infinity Perfect 12.1DVQ (400W RMS), and I've got the dimensions worked out. My problem is that a couple of the sides are too big to find a solid piece of 1" MDF to cover. Now, my choices are: I can either use two pieces of 1" MDF and glue them together and use braces OR I can use 3/4" MDF for the whole thing.

for that sub 3/4 will be plenty. Bracing is very very important. I would double up the front baffle also.

Sorry, I'm an idiot... is the front baffle the panel that the sub mounts to?
