So what's the difference's? Where do you place the horns at? I don't see them listed in peoples setups. I'm checking out some Image Dynamics products, and allways wondered about horns.

Horns are placed under the dash. Their main benefits are that they are more dynamic and more sensitive (louder), and that you will possibly get better imaging (not always the case though). Horns tend to need a lot of tuning for them to sound natural, so 1/3 octave EQs are a must. They are very expensive and can be difficult to install. When done right, they do offer great SQ and a strong center image, but you tend to lose side to side depth in the sound, overall the sound is very prominent and upfront. Tweeters tend to exhibit a more natural frequency response, and can offer imaging that is very good if set up properly. When you properly install typical tweeter drivers, you can achieve a very good image, and you also typically gain more depth in the soundstage than you do with horns. They both have their benefits and downfalls, you have to choose what you like. Image Dynamics and USD make some of the best horns out there.
