Amp installation - Auto electrician Invoice

Unregistered guest | Hi, I recently bought an amp off ebay (a cheap SPL one) i installed it myself, i KNOW i installed it right becuase it worked ok to start with, then a week later it stopped for no apparant reason. The problem is that i have been told the warrenty is only if a certified electrician installed it and i need an invoice to prove it. So i was wondering if any of you guys had an installation invoice you could photograph and email to me? I don't need any of your details i just want to know what one looks like, i can do the rest myself  I paid £140+ for the amp, so i would be VERY grateful for anyone who could help me...
