Looking for advise on the purchase of 6X9 speakers.What are the best on the market. I would like to purchase only once.

mb quart q series components are the best speakers I've ever heard. The 5.25 are 170rms and the 6.5 are 190rms. ALmost makes your ears bleed when they're up all the way. They also cost about $1,300 for the q series. Little pricy but definitely worth it.
