rms numbers dont really mean much. it means the sub has potential, but in this case the shiva is a better driver. it is made out of better materials and has xbl^2 tech. motor. and 125 is straight from the man. so ebay prices would be even cheaper...there are just not on there a lot. So like jeff said go with the shiva. its not a pretty sub but it is a quailty sub.
