Hey guys,

I just got a Cap installed and it made a big difference. The tech told me that if i ever try to jump anyone or recieve a jump on my battery, my Cap will explode. Is this correct?

generally, not an issue. the capacitors are usually 20V models and capable of sustaining higher voltages than your car uses.
If you want to be on the safe side though, remove the main fuse from the audio power cable when jumping the car, or using it to jump someone else.
If your battery is still getting run down after you added the cap though, you really need to replace the alternator.
