need an idea of how much these are worth/how good they are in quality..trading 200$ worth of wheels for: x2 10' lightning audio speakers with box virtual reality soundlabs BR3 200w amp (i will replace amp if speakers are worth trading for) the cd unit is 160w pyramid (spelling)

Pyramind sucks. Lighting audio you can get like 2 subs for 50 bucks, and they suck. And that "200 Watt Amp" is probably really about 20 watts, they suck too. Keep your wheels.
