What is the Xmax on treo 15" CSX and SSi subs? confused about it

Treoonline.com says the 15" Treo SSi has "excursion" of 31 milimeters and the 15" CSX has an "excursion rating of 73 mm. This is fine and good but when i went to the JL site to compare numbers, JL said the W7 was a "one way Xmax" of 29 mm. Is the one way Xmax diferrent then what Trio calls excursion? I am thinking maybe the JL W7 is one way, where as trio is saying what it is from all the way down to full, so if the W7 was rated the way the Treo was would it say 58 mm of excursion? Thanks for the help
