What speaker power/

My headunit is 4x50 (4x30RMS) is it a problem to buy speakers which exceed the peak output power recomendation? will they distort or sound crappy?

Not a problem.
but your deck probably does 15wpcRMS not 30.
If the speakers you get dont get loud enough..
buy an amp for them.
