hi all. i bought a 800w sub last 2 weeks on ebay. it sound very good. but it just stop booming this morning. i find out that one of the 2 wires running from the terminals to the coil is broken. i think i can reconnect the wire and it will work again. but because of the frame around the sub. i cant even get my finger in there to connect the wire. anybody experienced this mess? any useful trick would be appriciated.

the part you refer too is the tinsel lead. try soldering a short piece of flexible wire in place of the gap. its going to be a pain, and it may not last long.
