Clean, loud, good, reliable highs...JL or kicker...other? ...no1 in 'speakers' would answer

i was comparing component sets like JL VR and Kicker K series... for example the VR650-csi or the k65.2 .. which would be louder, cleaner, and better... amp is JL 300/4 ...if you would go anohter way let me know too thanks i appreciate it. ..also keep inmind price... ebay has k65.2 at $100 and TR650-Csi at $160... i would not like to go much higher.
