What specs on an amp do I need?

I have two 8 inch RFD2208 HE2 subs. Specs are:
Dual 4-ohm coils
130-400watts RMS
800 peak

What are the best channel, RMS, and Ohm specs on the amp I would need to push them for SQ? Thanks.
