Ok I have 93 gmc typhoon and the stock alternator is rated at 105 amps. I was told that a 150 amp and 2 optima yellow top batt would be fine what do you people think. And what abought a 3 frad cap, they have to do something right?

you were told incorrectly.

2500 watts of amplifiers will draw over 210A of current in addition to the current the SUV needs to run.
You'll need a 300A alternator.
your starter battery should be fine, but you can also add a battery isolator, and add the deep cycle yellow tops for the audio system as well for when the car isn't running.
forget the capacitor. it won't do anything useful.
