Can composite Audio Cables be used instead of Componet Video Cables

Can Composite Audio Cables be used instead of Componet Video Cables.
I have very good quality monster composite audio cables. Can I combine three of these individual composite cables instead of using component video cable.

I know it will work but my real question is that Is there a big difference in picture quality between the two kinds of wiring if one is not using a HDTV.

RICK IF THE COMPOSITE ARE 75 OHM AND HIGH RESOULTION THEN IT WILL BE THE SAME AS COMPONENT VIDEO

I understand the 75 ohm spec, but what is meant by "high resolution" cable?

I've got the same question. I'm using high end Monster composite cables as component cables.
I have no idea if they're 75 ohm or not but they're pretty thick and seem to work okay.
Will I get a noticeable difference if I buy a $30 AR component cable?
