New member Username: JlamaraDubai, Dubai UAE Post Number: 2 Registered: Apr-06 | I have a satellite receiver Technosat 5500 with scart connection and a single video connection. From the decoder software I can choose whether the scart connection is RGB or it is CVBS. I would like to connect my decoder into the component input of the samsung LCD TV. what shall I do? Thks, |

RGB and component are not the same and this adapter will not allow connection of an RGB signal to component. http://www.tvcables.co.uk/cgi-bin/tvcables/YUV-RGB-SCART.html |

I have tried a scart to component video connector from the local market but no image. I have tried also scart to s-video and it gave me a white and black picture. what do you suggest. I really appreciate your comments. |

Otherwise, you are going to need some expensive conversion. And even with that you are not guaranteed a significant improvement in picture quality. |
