I have a Panasonic DV Camcorder from Singapore. It broke and is too expensive to fix. I tried to download my video to computer using a Canon camcorder but get no digital output. The playback is fuzzy on the Camcorder. Is the digital data recorded on the tape as some form of PAL format and not NTSC, or is it simply that another manufacturers Camcorder will not play anothers signal? Please help - the birth of my daughter is trapped on this tape!
