Auto-radio code needed Renaul Safrane-Philips

But I had to disconnect the batery and now it ask for a code. I'll write here the information that it's in the radio: Philips 22 DC 962/62B ------------------------------ 77 00 827 590 9022 219 62621 FD 00 93 37 1010129 And has a sticket with two bar codes: 90222196262100 00193371010129 Please, does anyone know how do I get this code? Or the code itself? Thanks!

Do you know what's going on? Is that because I've mistake putting the code for the first time and it got locked?
