I have a Clifford ace 5000 Alarm and need a manual or some help.
The led on the dash is on all the time. This leads me to think that it is in valet mode. I bought this new and had it pro installed back in 99. The Clifford site does not have the manual for this system "neither do I" the door locks work and the remote start works but no chirps from the siren.

Hi there,

Have the same alarm in my 4Runner.

There are two ways,

1. With your remote, push the Large top button (arm/disarm) and the small button (remote start) at the same time. 4 flashes of parking lights/and steady interior LED indicate remote valet activated. Push them together again and then it deactivates remote valet, confirmed with 3 flashes of parking lights.

2. Find the remote valet switch that was installed, likely hidden under the dash somewhere. If you find it then: Put Key ignition turn on and then flip valet switch to off position.

Hope this helps,

Peter
