Just retrieved my old Phillips casette radio from the loft and need to have the code to make it work.
It is a DC383 (says69DC383 on the serial no. label.)

Hi there. I bought a 2002 Acura TL on Saturday and the stereo is locked apparently due to the battery being replaced. I called the only Acura dealership in the area for the code and it doesn't work. Are there any tricks to inputting the code that maybe I don't know, if indeed they gave me the correct code?
