honda accord 2003-- i noticed yesterday my radio did not light up --but apparently plays normal-- does anyone know how i would go about troubleshooting or how to replace bulb in order to display settings or modes//thx in advance
You'd have to take the unit apart to access the front control panel PCB. My guess is it uses LED's, though it might also use bulbs (some cars still use bulbs today).
If its LEDs, then you can get some new ones from mouser electronics and solder them in there. Mouser also sells bulbs.
It's somewhat technical, so you need to be comfortable taking things apart and soldering in any case.
