Car- Mercedes C55 AMG 2006
Subwoofers - 2 Dayton Audio MKIII 10s
Amp - Kicker SX650.1

Box Information...
Box Volume - 2.54cuft
The box has a single 4" aero port and its tuned to 28hz. The box was to shallow for the correct port length so it has a 90 in the back to get the full length.

Heres a pic of the WINisd graph

The F3 is 26.9hz and it stays extremely flat. Im extremely happy with the curve.

Pics coming next...

Thanks mike.

The box is wrapped in 2 beauty panels (the box is just wood. I used some gray vinyl to go around the subs and port and then did a nice cutout for the beauty piece. I was trying to avoid the "sunglass" look because thats usually what you get when you have 2 subs and do a cutout. I think it looks pretty cool and super custom.

The back AMG logo I cut (to the mm) out of wood to exactly match the AMG logo on the car. Glued it to the back of the panel and then wrapped it in the black carpet.

I can't quit looking at these pics.... Not only is the car/install steller, but the actual picture quality and camera work are well done as well. By far some of the best pics i've seen on any non-photography forum...

Well if I waqs gonna be critical of the pics I see a few things that are notprofessional quality (slightly off center, ect..) but I am still impressed with the pics... After shrinking (assuming you had too) the pics and them being coded by this site(which usually pixilates the pics), those pics just jump out at me and are FAR better than most I've seen, including mine (which until very recently, I have not tried to take a decent pic. usually more worried about ease of getting them on this site). That setup is straight up SEC-C!!! Much better skills than I ever though about having... Nice choice of subs, too.. They are great sounding in HT or car audio setups.. I would rather the amp not be completely hidden, but that is personal preference .

Thanks!

After a few hours of listening, these subs absolutely kill the lows for being 10s. I was listening to some old big timers on the way to the mall today and they wang on rap. It isn't "loud" by any means but you feel it and it blends with the music great for not being EQ'd.

What's up cal. Yeah the front stage keeps up with the subs pretty well for being stock. I cant really control the bass from the HU so I pretty much just does what it wants, haha.

Im looking to upgrade the HU when I get some time.

Yeah it has the 12 speaker HK upgraded stock system. I unhooked the "sub" and rear shelf speakers tho. They weren't doing anything but rattling and playing muddy notes.
