Q power? hifonics?

What are yall's opinions on those brands and if i should take the deal. The hifonics is buy one get one free for 90 bucks. the qpower is 100 dollars each i think.

It was loud but not so much sq. And to have 4 of them it wasnt as loud as anything else i'd heard with about half that.
