i bought th 9886 cda today for a whopping 364 with warrenty, once my discount goes in effect which is soon ill only pay 190 so i'm wondering whats the impressions before i get to the install. are the alpines prone to getting as fucked as my pioneer did with those temper mental pico fuses?

Alpines have always been solid in my experiences. I do remember when my buddy tried to get a CD that was stuck in his Alpine out and when he pulled a screw like 3-4 springs came flying out and that was the end of his Alpine haha. He was pissed and I was trying my best not to laugh but of course I had to.
