Is the bass making my CD skip or what? When i bump my subs way loud it will skip the CD every so often, but when i dont play it loud it never does it. Why is that?
A good hu will have an anti skip feature but with constant turbulance from the bass it will skip regardless. If you don't absorb this vibration it will only continue. Like the evolution from tape to cd we are just around the corner from a complete transformation from cd to mp3/usb formats. It's getting cheaper and cheaper with memory and does away with the skipping of the discs.
some vehicles like mine the dash where the deck is mounted is not really solid so if i cross an estimated 145dbs my 860 premier skips ....maybe if u dont already have 1 is to buy a USB deck & use that usb ...
