Pop it out with tape or something. If you're careful (very) a light duty vacuum can help take the creases out. As long as the adhesive held it's a cosmetic thing. I feel your pain. At home I can't take the grills off my speaks cause my little girl always thinks the caps are buttons lol.

So how did you get it back out? With tape? My old D6 had a dent in the cap (now my cousins), I might try and get it out now.

Mine was a 15" too. I don't think I have seen a used one with out a dented cap lol. But the sub in general can take a beating!

What kind of boxes have you used for yours and what do you think of them? My cousin and I are gonna build a new box for his truck. Were debating on sealed around 2.2 or ported 3.25cf @ 28hz. Right now its 3.25cf @ 32hz

Just dent the other, matter of fact push them both all the way in won't hurt a thing! Intverted dust caps use to be popular. Polo..

If inverted caps used to be popular then I had a slammin' set. All my dome tweeters were pushed in from my kids. To kids all they are to them are....

shiny buttons that scream "PUSH ME"!!
