you wire a dual 1ohm sub the same as a dual 4ohm.

if you have a dual 1 ohm sub and you want 2 ohms wire it like this,


to amplifier posotive____+-______+-____to amplifier negative

Do you know what series wiring is? Its when you take the positive line from the amp and connect that to the positive on one of the coils. Then take the negative from the amp and connect it to the negative on the opposite coil on the sub. Then you should have an empty negative on one coil and an empty positive on the other. Connect those two (positive and negative) with another seperate wire. That is series wiring and will make a 2ohm load with a dual 1 ohm sub.
