Ok, so this is the plan... my friend doesnt want to spend more then 310$ total... he's basically broke after this until he gets paid again... just enough money for wood for the box maybe... But the plan is..... Either 1 18" BL DVC1 with no extra options for 309 shipped.... Or a 15" BL with P Chamfer and Flatwind. He has about a tops of about 5cu in his neon he wants it loud yet low and its getting 1300-1400rms. Which sub would be better and why.... daily also... i was thinking the 18 but he cant pay for anymore extra options...
probably the 15 cause he wont have sufficient airspace for the 18 to operate properly... unless he doesnt mind loosing his back seats then i would go with the 18
