ok so a local dealer has an 18" Eclipse sub with box and memphis mojo amp for $1500. i was listenin to it with a buddy and the guy at the store and the thing was loud as hell. Its a good store thats got a lot of nice equipment like JL, Image Dynamics, Eclipse and Earthquake but it doesnt have any specs on any of the products so i cant tell you what it all is but he said the amp would put out around 2000W and the sub could handle a ton as well, so my dilemna is should i save up for that? or could you put together a nice system for around the same price for me but preferably 2 12's unless you know of somethin that is way better.
i have a 97 monte carlo with a huge trunk. i want a loud system that would also be good for an everyday driver. oh and im probably going to put in a seperate battery for it cuz mine is a pain to get at.
